Apple TV

Pete and I have decided that we will be getting rid of our Dish Network and have purchased an Apple TV and will subscribe to basic cable for the local stations. AppleTV allows you to buy your favorite TV shows from leading networks — commercial free — and watch them in HD anytime you want without paying a monthly fee. That way we won't be paying for all of the channels that we do not watch, only what we want to see. You can also rent high-definition movies. It connects right to our itunes on our computer and we can shop the itunes Store, play music, and see digital photos in slideshows.
In light of the times, we figure any way to cut costs is a step in the right direction...

From Pete: By the way, what LeighAnn failed to mention, is that any content we can not obtain using ITunes/Playstation store will be obtain through other well-known methods.
